About game
Keyboard Escape is an arcade typing runner. Keyo the robot runs across a giant keyboard, and to hop onto the next key you type its letter: left, forward or right. Every key press is +1, a streak without mistakes makes the hero faster, and a wrong key makes him stumble. Glitch, a pixel monster that erases the keyboard, is chasing from behind. Along the way you meet cracked keys that crumble under your feet, double keys that must be pressed twice, coins and boosters. The first 10 levels are handcrafted and teach the keyboard rows one by one, after that levels are generated endlessly and keep getting harder. Five worlds: candy, ocean, jungle, neon and lava. Freeze, Shield, Dash and x2 Coins boosters help you, and the shop has hero skins and turbo sneakers. The chest on the map gives coins and boosters.
How to play
Desktop: type the glowing letter of a key ahead (left, forward or right) to hop onto it; any keyboard layout works. Enter is Freeze, Backspace is Shield, Space is Dash, Esc pauses. Mobile: tap the letter buttons at the bottom of the screen or the highlighted key itself, and use the on-screen booster buttons. Reach the stage gate before Glitch catches you.
